Acceptable use policy

Use Core Data Services only for the lawful business purposes, data scope, delivery limits, and licence rights recorded for the customer account.

Who and what this policy covers

This policy applies to the Core Data Services website, public protocol preview, Integration Lab, production feeds, credentials, documentation, and other data access we provide. It applies to the customer entity and every person, brand, application, or downstream tenant using that access.

Use must stay within the customer’s accepted entitlement and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Permitted business use

Core Data Services licenses sports event, market, pricing, score, gamecast, result, and related data to business customers through APIs and managed data feeds.

Some customers use Core Data Services data in regulated wagering products. Those customers remain responsible for their own licences, market-access rights, consumer controls, and legal compliance.

First-party subscriptions may be used only by the licensed customer entity and identified brands or applications. Raw-feed redistribution, sublicensing, or service-bureau use requires an order that expressly grants those rights.

Prohibited illegal or deceptive use

  • Offering unlicensed or unlawful wagering, evading geographic or consumer restrictions, or helping another party do so
  • Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, financing unlawful activity, or misrepresenting the purpose or ownership of an account
  • Publishing false attribution, removing required notices, or presenting evaluation data as live production data
  • Using the service in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights

Security and platform protection

  • Do not share credentials outside the licensed organization or allow an unrelated entity to use an account
  • Do not bypass technical limits, access controls, entitlement checks, or rate and connection safeguards
  • Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the website or services
  • Do not use automated access except through approved endpoints and the documented integration method
  • Report suspected credential exposure or security incidents promptly and rotate affected credentials

Regulated products and territories

A customer using CDS data in betting, gaming, financial, or another regulated product is solely responsible for determining and maintaining the licences, registrations, disclosures, age controls, geofencing, market-access rights, and consumer protections required for that product.

Customers must obtain and maintain every authorization required to launch or operate a regulated product in each applicable jurisdiction.

Verification and response to risk

Before production activation, Core Data Services may verify a customer’s legal entity, ownership, intended use, operating jurisdictions, and any licences relevant to that use.

Core Data Services may request documents or explanations reasonably needed to confirm compliance. Subject to the applicable service terms, access may be withheld, limited, or suspended while we investigate suspected fraud, security risk, sanctions exposure, unlawful use, material misrepresentation, or a breach of the purchased entitlement.

We may decline a proposed use that cannot be verified or that would expose Core Data Services, its infrastructure, or its service providers to legal, security, or material platform risk.

Reporting a concern

Report suspected misuse or a security concern privately to [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the affected service, but do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, full card numbers, or unnecessary personal information.
