Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Our services are delivered electronically. The accepted order records what is delivered and controls the service-specific term, cancellation, and refund conditions.

Digital delivery

Core Data Services supplies digital B2B services. Data-feed and evaluation access is delivered electronically through account credentials, API access, managed endpoints, documentation, or another delivery method recorded in the applicable order.

The accepted checkout, order, or service agreement defines the purchased scope, access period, activation requirements, technical limits, and licensed use. No physical product is shipped.

Activation requirements

Before production activation, Core Data Services may verify a customer’s legal entity, ownership, intended use, operating jurisdictions, and any licences relevant to that use. Production access may be held until required information, accepted terms, and payment confirmation are complete.

The applicable order or checkout record controls any promised activation time. A public pricing page or example workflow is not an activation guarantee.

Integration Lab delivery

Integration Lab is a separate 30-day, non-production service. It provides sample, replay, or delayed integration data and does not include live commercial production rights or redistribution.

The start of the access period and delivery details are recorded in the purchase confirmation. The free public protocol preview is separate from paid Integration Lab access.

Production-service delivery

Production access is provisioned to the customer and entitlement identified in the accepted order. The entitlement records coverage, brands or applications, connection limits, replay scope, territories, and permitted use.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate implementation contacts, protecting credentials, and completing the technical steps in the supplied documentation.

Cancellation and renewal

The service term, renewal basis, cancellation method, required notice, and the effect of cancellation are stated in the applicable checkout, order, or service agreement. Core Data Services does not publish a single renewal rule that overrides those service-specific terms.

A cancellation request stops or changes service only as provided in the accepted terms. It does not automatically reverse charges for access already supplied or commitments already made.

Refund and billing-error requests

To report a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, payment applied to the wrong account, or failure to supply the access described in an accepted order, email [email protected] with the customer name, invoice or order reference, transaction date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or passwords.

Core Data Services reviews the request against the accepted order, activation and access records, payment records, and applicable law. Any refund eligibility, method, deductions, or timing follows the service-specific terms and the payment route used.

A disagreement about coverage or delivery should be reported promptly so the service record can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected before a refund decision is made.

Payment records

Customer payments cover the selected business data-feed subscription and the data-licensing rights recorded in the order.

Customers should retain the order, invoice, transaction reference, and access confirmation for their records. Core Data Services may request enough information to match a payment or investigate a billing issue.
