Website and service terms

These baseline terms explain how businesses may use this website and evaluate or purchase Core Data Services data services. Service-specific terms remain in the applicable order or agreement.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Scope of these terms

These terms govern use of the Core Data Services public website and provide the baseline conditions for evaluating or purchasing our business data services. A paid service may also be governed by an accepted order, checkout record, licence, or service agreement.

If an order or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service-specific document controls for that service. These website terms do not by themselves create a service level, warranty, refund right, renewal period, cancellation period, or redistribution right.

Business users and authority

The site and paid services are intended for businesses and people acting in a business capacity. By submitting an order or accepting service terms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and that the information you provide is accurate.

The legal counterparty for a paid service is identified in the applicable order, invoice, checkout record, or service agreement.

Nature of the service

Core Data Services licenses sports event, market, pricing, score, gamecast, result, and related data to business customers through APIs and managed data feeds.

Core Data Services delivers and licenses sports data feeds to business customers. Each customer operates its own products, consumer relationships, payment flows, and regulated activities within its own systems and control.

Some customers use Core Data Services data in regulated wagering products. Those customers remain responsible for their own licences, market-access rights, consumer controls, and legal compliance.

Orders, scope, and licence

The applicable order identifies the purchased service, price, data scope, delivery limits, licensed legal entity and brands, permitted use, access period, and any redistribution rights. Access is limited to that recorded entitlement.

Standard first-party access does not permit raw-feed resale, sublicensing, credential sharing, or use by unrelated legal entities. Redistribution is permitted only when an accepted OEM or other written agreement expressly grants that right.

Payments

Customer payments cover the selected business data-feed subscription and the data-licensing rights recorded in the order.

Fees, billing schedule, supported payment route, taxes, and payment due dates are the ones recorded in the applicable checkout, invoice, order, or service agreement. A payment does not expand the customer’s licence beyond the accepted entitlement.

Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Data access is delivered electronically. Activation requirements, service term, renewal and cancellation conditions, and any refund eligibility are governed by the applicable checkout, order, or service agreement and by applicable law.

Our Delivery and refunds policy explains the general process for activation, billing-error reviews, and service-delivery questions. Customers should review the service-specific terms before paying.

Acceptable use and customer compliance

Customers must comply with the published Acceptable use policy, protect credentials, stay within the purchased technical and licence limits, and use the service lawfully. A customer using data in a regulated product is responsible for all licences, consumer protections, territory restrictions, and other rules that apply to that product.

Before production activation, Core Data Services may verify a customer’s legal entity, ownership, intended use, operating jurisdictions, and any licences relevant to that use.

Data, availability, and corrections

Sports schedules, prices, scores, results, and related records can change, be delayed, or be corrected at source. Customers must design integrations to handle updates, disconnections, replay, and correction events described in the applicable technical documentation.

Only an accepted service-specific agreement can create a formal availability, latency, support, or service-credit commitment. Public examples, protocol simulations, buyer guides, and coverage directories are informational and do not enlarge a purchased entitlement.

Intellectual property and security

Core Data Services and its licensors retain their rights in the website, feed structure, documentation, interfaces, and supplied data. Customers receive only the licence rights stated in their accepted order or agreement.

You must not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use credentials belonging to another customer. Please report a suspected security issue privately to our public email address.
